149-A converted private to public limited company need not obtain certifcate of incorporation
MCA, Department clarification File No. 44/50-CL-IV/62 has clarified that commencement certificate not required by private company becoming public company.
in such case then , if a private company is converted into public company on last day of 6months , then how can it justify regarding mandatory notice to be given in 21 days rule
