In Schedule XII Part II Section II amended to substitiute:-
"if the company is a listed company or subsidiary of listed company" in place of "scale". and;
Remuneration committee redefined to include 3 non executive independent directors for listed companies and any other company a remuneration committee directors.

In appointment of managerial Persons, there is a condition, that person has to be a resident in India, but this will not apply to SEZ.
ReplyDeleteSo, If Company's factory is in SEZ but Regd. Office is not in SEz, then will this provision apply?
